This YouTube video made me laugh so hard. This perfectly exemplifies some of my 8th grade students and occasionally the climate of my classroom. And it is a great commentary on the over-medication of all teens! Prepare to have your nerves rattled by Fred.

3+ Months Later

These past months have been SO FULL! But with super enjoyable things so no real complaining. April vacation I was going to catch up on Dec-April posts but that never happened. And now another 3 months…here is the verbal short of my 3 months.

I dream big, but I have no idea where I will end up. I am a middle school science teacher and I'm not sure where to go from here. I am interested in the broader field of education and the possibilities of alternative education. I am also an artist. I alter and embellish clothing, design and build furniture from recycled materials and play around with other forms of mixed media art. On the horizon is traveling, starting a school, and building a dream house that is disguised as a giant art installation. My Etsy Store
